Cianci Mulling Comeback in Rhode Island

Former Providence Mayor Buddy Cianci -- who served more than four years in federal prison for running a criminal enterprise out of City Hall -- says he is "taking a good look" at challenging Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-RI), the Providence Journal reports.

Cianci "also says that a legal argument could be made to allow him to run for mayor of Providence in November, but he's not saying whether he'll test it."
