Health Care Reform Not Dead Yet

If Scott Brown (R) wins the Senate race in Massachusetts and gives Republicans the vote they need to block legislation, don't count out the health care reform bill yet.

First Read: "Start the clock. And mark Jan. 29th on your calendars for Democrats to have a chance at a cloture vote on health care -- if Republican Scott Brown defeats Democrat Martha Coakley in today's Massachusetts special election. That's the earliest the winner of today's election is likely to be seated, according to the Massachusetts Secretary of State's office."

Ken Rudin: "You know the blogosphere will be rife with conspiracy theories and rumors from the right should Brown win and is not sworn in until the Democrats hold a vote on health care. Brown himself has suggested possible shenanigans."
