Another Poll Shows Giannoulias, Kirk Leading

A Public Policy Polling survey in Illinois shows Alexi Giannoulias (D) leading the Democratic U.S. Senate race with 32%, followed by David Hoffman (D) at 20% and Cheryle Jackson (D) at 18%. There are still 27% undecided.

On the Republican side, Rep. Mark Kirk (R) is away ahead of Patrick Hughes (R), 42% to 9%.

A Chicago Tribune poll released this morning had similar results.

The primary is on February 2.
