Luntz Finds the Words to Kill Financial Reform

Republican strategist Frank Luntz issued a 17-page memo titled, "The Language of Financial Reform," in which he urges opponents of bank regulatory reform to frame the effort as filled with more bank bailouts, lobbyist loopholes and additional layers of government bureaucracy.
