Democrats Head to Run Off in North Carolina

Elaine Marshall (D) and Cal Cunningham (D) "will settle their campaign rivalry in a head-to-head runoff, with neither able to dominate the vote in a crowded primary election that drew lackluster turnout Tuesday," the Winston Salem-Journal reports.

The winner of the June 22 runoff will face Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), who easily defeated his three challengers.
