Race for Minnesota Governor is Close

A new SurveyUSA poll in Minnesota finds Tom Emmer (R) is in a tight race for governor no matter who becomes his opponent.

Mark Dayton (D) has an edge on Emmer in a general election match up, 38% to 35%, while Emmer holds small leads over Margaret Anderson (D), 35% to 33%, and Matt Entenza (D), 37% to 33%.

In the DFL primary, Dayton leads with 39%, followed by Kelliher at 26% and Entenza at 22%.
