Gillibrand Has Double-Digit Lead

A new Marist Poll in New York finds Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D) leads challenger Joseph DioGuardi (R) by 11 points among likely voters, 52% to 41%.

Said pollster Lee Miringoff: "The seat is leaning Gillibrand's way. But, the contest remains competitive."

In the state's other U.S. Senate race, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D) has a huge lead over Jay Townsend (R), 58% to 37%.
