Democrats Lead in California

A new CNN/Time/Opinion Research poll in California shows Sen. Barbara Boxer (D) leading challenger Carly Fiorina (R) among likely voters, 52% to 43%.

Said pollster Keating Holland: "Boxer's support among men remained virtually unchanged, but among all female voters, she has picked up 14 points since early September."

In the race for governor, Jerry Brown (D) leads Meg Whitman (D), 52% to 43%.
