The latest Marist Poll in New York confirms what most others have found: Andrew Cuomo (D) is crushing Carl Paladino (R) in the race for governor, 60% to 37%.
Said pollster Lee Miringoff: "The gap between Cuomo and Paladino has widened as Paladino is increasingly viewed negatively by New York voters. Carl Paladino may have wanted to run for governor in the worst possible way, and judging from these numbers, that may be exactly what he has done."
Interestingly, a new Rasmussen survey finds Cuomo ahead by just 14 points.
