Political Ad of the Cycle?

A new Citizens Against Government Waste advertisement invokes a Chinese professor teaching a class about the fall of the United States to attack Democratic policies. Ben Smith notes that "rarely do you see subtitles in an attack ad; this one, I think, will get some attention," while James Fallows calls it "the ad of the cycle."
