A new Dartmouth survey finds Mitt Romney is the only potential Republican candidate who can beat President Obama in head-to-head matchup in New Hampshire, 47% to 39%.
Mark Halperin: "New Hampshire is vital to Romney's chances to be the Republican nominee. His strength in this poll is with independent and unalligned voters, who are a big part of the New Hampshire electorate -- and, nationally, a big part of the up-for-grabs voters that the president needs for re-election. So, all around, this survey is about the best news Romney has gotten lately."
