More See Tea Party as Having a Negative Impact

A new Washington Post-Pew Research poll finds 29% of Americans say lawmakers associated with the Tea Party have had a "mostly negative" effect, 11 points higher than the number expecting a negative impact when the current Congress was sworn in.

Just 22% see a "mostly positive" effect of the Tea Party, down five points.
