Romney strategist Eric Fehrnstrom told MSNBC that Mitt Romney disagrees with the claim made by Republican lawmakers all weekend that the individual mandate in President Obama's health care law is a tax.
Said Fehrnstrom: "The governor disagreed with the ruling of the Court, he agreed with the dissent, which was written by Justice Scalia, which very clearly stated that the mandate was not a tax."
Of course, Romney is already on the record calling the mandate he passed in Massachusetts a tax.
