Closer Wisconsin Race But Thompson Still Ahead

A new Marquette Law School poll finds the GOP race for U.S. Senate nomination has tightened.

Tommy Thompson (R) continues to lead with 35%, followed by Eric Hovde (R) at 23%, Mark Neumann (R) at 10%, Jeff Fitzgerald (R) at 6% and 25% still undecided.

For comparison, a Public Policy Polling survey released yesterday found Hovde surging into a small lead.
