A new Politico/Morning Consult survey finds President Trump’s net approval rating was 42% to 55% — 13 points underwater, the same as last week — in the first survey conducted after the release of a summary of special counsel Robert Mueller’s findings.
The poll shows a plurality of voters, 47%, think Trump “tried to impede or obstruct the investigation into whether his campaign had ties to Russia” — despite the fact that Mueller didn’t reach a decision on the question, while 39% don’t think Trump tried to impede the investigation.
