Sen. Rick Santorum says the deportation of millions of undocumented immigrants would be a “blessing” to impoverished Latin American countries that would benefit from skills they have learned in the United States, the Des Moines Register reports.
Said Santorum: “You are talking about folks who are going to be the leaders of their countries.”
