A new Roanoke College poll in Virginia finds Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump tied at 38% among likely voters, with 11% undecided and 11% saying they’ll vote for someone else.
Both candidates are significantly “under water” with regard to favorable/unfavorable opinions.
