Former President Donald Trump reportedly filed a lawsuit in federal court Monday in an effort to block New York state Attorney General Letitia James (D) from continuing to investigate his business, the New York Times reports.
The suit argues that James’s inquiry, which has lasted more than two years, has violated Trump’s constitutional rights.
