Missouri voters on Tuesday approved a constitutional amendment to legalize the recreational use of marijuana for adults, the St. Louis Post Dispatch reports.
Vox notes that Maryland also legalized marijuana but voters in Arkansas, North Dakota, and South Dakota rejected the measures.
