A new Public Policy Polling survey in North Carolina finds Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are dead even at 43% each, with Libertarian Gary Johnson at 4%, Green Party candidate Jill Stein at 2%.
In a two person race, Trump leads 48% to 46%.
