New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) “signed a bill that would require the state’s electoral college votes to go to the candidate who wins the popular vote,” KRQE reports.
“New Mexico joins a compact of 13 Democrat-leaning states who have passed a similar bill since the 2016 election.”
