“A federal judge on Thursday ordered the Department of Justice to hand over to him a copy of the unredacted Mueller report and accused Attorney General William Barr of misrepresenting its findings in the days before it was submitted to Congress last year,” The Hill reports.
New York Times: “The judge ordered the Justice Department to privately show him the portions of the report that were censored in the public version so he could independently verify the justifications.”
Wrote Judge Reggie Walton: “It would be disingenuous for the court to conclude that the redactions of the Mueller Report pursuant to the FOIA are not tainted by Attorney General Barr’s actions and representations.”
