Former RNC staffer Ruben Verastigui, who searched for videos of child rape, had 152 videos of child pornography on his computer and even discussed killing kids online, pleaded guilty to several child-porn charges, Politico reports.
Prosecutors recommended that he be sentenced to 12 to 15 years in prison.
