David McKinley (R) and Alex Mooney (R) — against each other in a newly drawn district, the first instance of the process forcing two lawmakers to run against each other as a result of new lines informed by the 2020 census, The Hill reports.

Goddard earned degrees from Vassar College and Harvard University. He lives in New York with his wife and three sons.
