A new CNN poll finds President Biden’s job approval rating at 37%, with 63% disapproving, a downtick that leaves him facing his worst numbers since taking office.
That remains a few points higher than former President Donald Trump’s approval low point of 34%, reached in 2021 shortly after the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Goddard earned degrees from Vassar College and Harvard University. He lives in New York with his wife and three sons.
