So Much for Republican Unity

After Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) criticized Donald Trump on a private call with his supporters, aides to Trump said that DeSantis is not being considered for vice president, USA Today reports.

Said press secretary Karoline Leavitt: “Ron DeSantis failed miserably in his presidential campaign and does not have a voice in selecting the next Vice President of the United States.”

Added strategist Chris LaCivita on X: “Chicken fingers and pudding cups is what you will be remembered for you sad little man.”
