Texas Man Filed Legal Action Over Out-of-State Abortion

Jonathan Mitchell—one of Donald Trump’s lawyers—is asking Texas authorities to investigate a woman who traveled to Colorado for a legal abortion, the Washington Post reports.

Mitchell represents the woman’s ex-boyfriend, who’s accusing her of breaking the law by traveling out of state to terminate her pregnancy.
