Kamala Harris Flips the Script on the Age Issue

Dan Pfeiffer: “Even before the debate, Joe Biden’s age was the dominant issue in the campaign. It blocked out the sun — weighing down his approval and dividing his coalition. After the debate, those concerns reached a fever pitch that made it impossible for the media or voters to focus on Trump’s many, many flaws. A Data for Progress poll showed that swing voters were much more concerned about Biden’s age than Trump’s crimes.”

“Donald Trump is now the oldest person to have sought the presidency. At the end of his second term, he would be older than Joe Biden is right now. Just because voters were concerned about Biden’s age, it doesn’t mean they aren’t worried about Trump’s age.”
