Misty Roberts, the former mayor of DeRidder, Louisiana, has been arrested in connection with sex crimes involving children, the Baton Rouge Advocate reports.
Detectives conducted interviews with two juveniles, one of whom was the alleged victim, who confirmed Roberts had sexual intercourse with one juvenile while serving as mayor.
