Trump Claims Winner Will Be Known on Election Night

Donald Trump told ABC News that he has “a substantial lead” and predicted the winner of the election will be known by election night.

Said Trump: “Yeah, I guess, you know. I guess you could lose… I mean, that happens, right? But I think I have a pretty substantial lead, but, you could say, yeah, yeah, you could lose. Bad things could happen. You know, things happen, but it’s going to be interesting.”

As for when he will address the country about the election results, Trump said: “I’ll be out there at the right time.”
