“U.K. police investigating the disgraced former ambassador to the U.S., Peter Mandelson, said they’re searching two addresses as part of their probe into misconduct in public office,” Bloomberg reports.
“The criminal probe into Mandelson began earlier this week after Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s government referred communications between the former envoy and the late pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein to the authorities. The exchanges appeared to show Mandelson leaking market-sensitive information to Epstein while he was a minister in then-prime minister Gordon Brown’s government.”
