Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) suspended Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren for not prosecuting certain crimes, removing him from office and naming his replacement, the Tampa Bay Times reports.
He said he did so because Warfren refused to enforce some of the state’s laws—including the recent 15-week abortion ban.
