“The Israeli military said in a statement early on Monday morning that it was striking missile sites in central Iran, and warned Israelis to stay close to shelters. A few hours later, sirens sounded in several areas across Israel and the military said that Iran had launched a salvo of missiles.”

“President Emmanuel Macron said France would be available to conduct joint exercises to improve security in Greenland, the Danish territory coveted by US President Donald Trump,” Bloomberg reports.

President Donald Trump vetoed an Israeli plan in recent days to kill the Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Reuters reports.

“Well, considering that I’m the one that developed ‘America First,’ and considering that the term wasn’t used until I came along, I think I’m the one that decides that.”

“Israel on Sunday reported a new wave of missile attacks from Iran, just hours after intercepting an earlier barrage and carrying out simultaneous strikes on Tehran. Since midnight, four people were killed and 207 wounded in the strikes, emergency services said.”
