Trump Widens Lead in Iowa

A new Fox News poll in Iowa finds Donald Trump leading the GOP field with 34% among likely Republican caucus-goers, an 11-point bump from two weeks ago. Cruz is now at 23% and Marco Rubio is at 13%.

Said pollster Daron Shaw: “We tend to over-interpret every little thing in a presidential race, but here we actually have solid evidence Trump didn’t just win last week in Iowa — he won it by enough to put some distance between himself and Cruz.”

A new CBS News/YouGov poll finds Trump leading with 39%, followed by Cruz at 34% and Rubio at 13%.
