On March 12 — the same day that House Intelligence Committee Republicans declared there was no evidence the Trump campaign colluded with Russia — Bloomberg reported that special counsel Robert Mueller had essentially wrapped up his investigation into whether President Trump had obstructed justice in the probe. The only thing missing was a final interview with Trump, but the report is basically finished.
