White House Budget Won’t Eliminate Deficit

Washington Post: “The White House is preparing to propose a budget that would fail to eliminate the federal deficit over the next 10 years, missing a longtime GOP fiscal target. Three years of spending increases and tax cuts have pushed that goal out of reach.”
