Michelle Obama Slams Trumps Over Transition

Michelle Obama excoriated President Trump and first lady Melania Trump on Instagram for refusing to behave “maturely” and blocking the smooth transition of power to President-elect Joe Biden.

Obama wrote about how she welcomed the Trump to the White House in 2016 despite the fact that Donald Trump had “spread racist lies about my husband that had put my family in danger.”

She added: “That wasn’t something I was ready to forgive. But I knew that, for the sake of our country, I had to find the strength and maturity to put my anger aside.”
