Graham Accused of Urging Official to Throw Out Ballots

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) reiterated his accusation in a CBS News interview that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) suggested throwing out valid ballots in the state, where Joe Biden leads Donald Trump by about 14,000 votes in the presidential race.
