Wisconsin Republicans have a bill to reallocate the state’s electoral votes by congressional district, the Wisconsin Examiner reports.
If this method had been used in the 2020 election instead of winner-take-all, Donald Trump would have receive 6 of the state’s 10 electoral votes.
