“A federal judge has denied a defense motion seeking to move Rep. Jeff Fortenberry’s (R-NE) case from California to Nebraska,” the Lincoln Journal Star reports.
“His trial now is set to start March 15.”

Taegan Goddard is the founder of Political Wire, one of the earliest and most influential political web sites. He also runs Political Job Hunt, Electoral Vote Map and the Political Dictionary.
