Michigan state Rep. Jewell Jones (D) will plead guilty to the same plea agreement he was offered and rejected in November, MLive reports.
“Under the deal, Jones will plead guilty to one count of escape of lawful custody, one count of operating while intoxicated, one count of possession of a weapon while intoxicated, one count of reckless driving and two counts of resisting and obstructing police.”
