“Rep. Kevin Hern (R-OK), the chair of the Republican Study Committee, is calling every single House Republican before he makes a decision about whether to run for speaker,” Punchbowl News reports.
“As of now, Hern has called 130 House Republicans and has reached 90 lawmakers… Each call lasts about 15 or 20 minutes.”
