What Trump’s Immunity Argument Is Really About

Donald Trump’s lawyers argued yesterday that presidential immunity would include a president who ordered his political rivals to be assassinated by SEAL Team Six.

They argued that only a president who has been impeached and removed from office by Congress could be later criminally charged.
