A new Emerson College national survey of voters finds Joe Biden and Donald Trump tied at 45% each in a general election match up, while 10% are undecided.
When undecided voters are asked which candidate they lean toward, Biden’s overall support increases to 51% and Trump to 49%.
On the generic congressional ballot, 45% support the Democratic candidate, 43% the Republican, and 12% are undecided.
