British foreign secretary David Cameron “has been unable to secure a meeting with the speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives during a trip to Washington this week,” the Times of London reports.
Cameron “has pressed American counterparts to pass a bill currently stuck in the House of Representatives that would release $60 billion in fresh military aid for Ukraine in its war with Russia.”
