The National Republican Senatorial Committee is urging its candidates to hit Vice President Kamala Harris for being too liberal and “weird,” according to a memo obtained by Axios.
The memo mocks Harris’s “habit of laughing at inappropriate moments,” her self-proclaimed love of Venn diagrams and her call to ban plastic straws, among other things.

Goddard earned degrees from Vassar College and Harvard University. He lives in New York with his wife and three sons.
