Noem Announces the ‘Speedway Slammer’

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced a second makeshift detention center is going up in Indiana: The so-called “Speedway Slammer.”

Fox News reports the new 1,000-bed space will house what Noem described as the “worst of the worst” detained immigrants.
