Grimm Expected to be Indicted

Rep. Michael Grimm (R-NY) is expected to be indicted by the U.S. Attorney in New York, his attorney and a source familiar with the case confirmed to Roll Call.

However, the Washington Post reports Grimm “has been secretly indicted by a federal grand jury in Brooklyn… The indictment is expected to be unsealed in the coming days.”
