Tied Election Will Be Settled By Roll of Dice

The next mayor of Platte, North Dakota will be determined by the luck of the draw, the Daily Republic reports.

“At 4 p.m. on Thursday in Platte’s City Hall meeting room, Steve Christensen and incumbent Mayor Rick Gustad will choose between a high-card draw and a high-roll with dice to determine the election’s winner for the two-year term.”
