Wall Street Journal: “When it comes to residents who gave more than $200, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (31 donors), Ohio Gov. John Kasich (25) and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (20) have all struggled to attract financial supporters in the nation’s first primary state – the latest sign their respective campaigns are struggling to gain much traction there.”
“Those camped out in Iowa aren’t doing much better. There, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal has just eight donors who gave more than $200 each. Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum has 11. Only 18 Iowans have contributed to former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.”
